We only build what off-the-shelf software cannot do. If something good already exists, we tell you.
- Integrations between your software. Your CRM, accounting, online store and scheduling exchange data automatically, so nobody has to retype anything.
- Customer portals. A place where customers can see their own documents, invoices, appointments or orders.
- Booking and registration systems. Online booking or registration, with confirmations and reminders that go out automatically.
- Data in the EU. Built securely, with your data on servers in the European Union.
- The code and data remain yours. You are not tied to us to keep using your own software.

Custom software falls under our Bespoke package. You always get a fixed-price quote.
All amounts excl. VAT. Maintenance after delivery and hosting are not included in the one-off price; how we arrange them is set out in the same quote. We only do extra work once you have agreed in writing.

How much does custom software cost for a small business?
At Trouvee, custom software or an integration starts from €4,950 excl. VAT. You get a fixed-price quote up front, so you know what it costs before we start. Maintenance and hosting are not included in that one-off price.
Can my accounting software be linked to my online store or CRM?
Usually, yes, if both have an API (an official connection for exchanging data), and most common packages have one. We check this in the first conversation, before you pay anything. If an integration cannot be made reliable, we tell you.
Will I own the software?
Yes. The code and the data are yours. If you later want to continue with another provider, you take everything with you.
